Hooray!!! Mrs. Nelson is back! We sure missed her. We will miss Ms. Fillmore though. She brought so many fun and interesting activities into our classroom. We couldn't have asked for a better sub to replace Mrs. Nelson for a little while.
We talked about everything we know about colours. Where they come from, how do clothes get colours, how to blend colours together to mix new colours, they are all over the world, in the sky, EVERYWHERE!!!
Literacy - Today we learned a new blend sh. Be sure to ask me what the sound and action is for this letter! We are almost all done learning the letters and blends, and will be moving into more challenging work like reading, sight word reading and writing, and sentence writing.
Scholastic Orders are due tomorrow!!! Please get your orders in. This is a great time to get some books at a great price for upcoming holidays or birthdays.
